It offers electric vehicle charging facilities for different scenarios such as EV fleet solutions, commercial spaces, offices, and public charging as well.

2. Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL)

EESL is one of the world’s largest companies of energy service nice. It is a joint venture of NTPC Limited, Power Finance Corporation, Rural Electrification Corporation, and POWERGRID. As per an update on Sept. 2020. EESL now covers a total of 1,218 charging across the country. There are more than 534 captive chargers and 156 public charging stations. The company is also in partnership with the local bodies of urban cities like Jaipur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Ahmedabad, etc.

4. Fortum Charge & Drive

This is a global scale energy company. In the Nordic countries, it is spanning more than 3000 smart chargers. It was started in October 2017, and now they have 62 DC Fast Charging Points operational in different parts of India. Charge & Drive also offers a hardware-agnostic, cloud-based SaaS solution for the managers by which they can effectively manage charging services such as checking charger status, control and manage to charge, connecting and configuring chargers, remote monitoring, and diagnostics, and price plan.

Recently, MG Motors collaborated with Fortum after the launch of its debut EV MG ZS in India. After this partnership, Fortum will install 50 KW DC fast public charging stations across different cities of India.

5. TecSo ChargeZone Private Limited – Charge + Zone

Based in Vadodara, Charge + Zone is an EV charging startup with the presence of more than 100 charging stations in India for EV cars, buses, and two-wheelers. Currently, they are supporting 10+ e-mobility solution providers across 6 different cities. Charge + Zone operates in developed technology and the Govt. of India has provided secured funding to it.

The company is very hardware agnostic as well i.e. they can use charging equipment used by different companies and allows any OCPP compliant charging station to get enlisted. There is a central dashboard for the charging station manager for managing a single or group of charging stations.

Founded in 2013, this Bengaluru based company developed the first intelligent scooter of India named Ather 450. The company Ather Energy is serving its services at public places such as offices, malls, and restaurants. The network non-Ather vehicles to charge as well, although fast charging is only supported for Ather vehicles.
The company provides more than 30 charging locations in Bengaluru and 10+ locations in Chennai. They are planning to expand the network to 30 cities across India.
